How can I place an order?
You can place your order in our Appointment Booking section. Choose your car's size and type, and you can add extra services as well. After that, you can book a wash appointment, or you can also book an appointment through our Facebook, Instagram, Google pages, or by phone.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order, but no later than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. In this case, we will refund the amount of your order.

Can I modify or add to my order?
Yes, you have the option to modify your order if you'd like to add extra services to your car. However, we cannot remove anything from an already placed order. In this case, please call us on our contact number, or you can also ask the washer who arrives at your location for assistance with the modification.

How can I pay and when do I need to pay?
Online payment: advance payment via bank card transfer. In case of advance payment, we will provide the banking details in the confirmation email, and you can immediately settle the service fee via transfer. If you choose on-site cash payment, you will need to meet our colleague at your car before the work begins to settle the payment for the car cleaning. You can also pay in euros.

Can I request an invoice for the wash?
Yes, we issue an invoice for every wash and send it to the email address you used to register on our website.

How can I book an appointment?
You can book an appointment through our website after registering. Choose the date and time slot that works best for you. Alternatively, you can place your order via our contact email address or phone number, where our customer service team will be happy to assist you.

Where is the service available?
Currently, our service is available throughout Budapest and Pest County. Expanding nationwide is part of our future plans.

How long does the washing take?
An average wash takes between 30 to 90 minutes, depending on how dirty the car is and how many extras you've ordered.

Do I need to be present during the wash?
You don't need to be present on-site, but you must ensure that the vehicle is accessible if you’ve ordered an interior wash.

What should I do with my personal items in the car?
If you have personal items that you're concerned about or that may be in the way of the cleaning, we kindly ask you to remove them before the wash. Our washers will generally take care to protect your personal belongings, and if any items are in the way of the cleaning, they will temporarily move them to the trunk until the wash is finished.

Do I need to provide electricity or water for the wash?
You don't need to provide electricity, water, or anything else. Our colleagues have all the tools and energy sources they need for the cleaning.

Is there a child seat in the car, and do I need to do anything about it?
We don't typically handle car child seats to avoid any mistakes when reattaching them. We kindly ask that you remove it before the wash, or if you leave it in, we will clean the surrounding areas that we can access.

How will I know when the wash is complete?
As soon as the wash is complete, our colleague will call you.


Will there be any dirt left on the ground after the wash?
There will be no dirt left; we clean up everything after ourselves.

My trunk is full, is there anything I need to do about it?
If your trunk is full, we typically don't clean it to avoid going through your personal belongings. In this case, we kindly ask that you empty the trunk before the wash if you want a complete cleaning.

If there's a lot of trash or paperwork in my car, is there anything I need to do about it?
We will collect and dispose of the trash. If there might be anything valuable among it, we kindly ask that you check the car before the wash. We won't touch any documents, and if there are many documents or personal items in any compartment, such as the glove box or the storage under the armrest, we won't clean those areas.

I haven’t received a confirmation for the wash, what should I do?
In this case, please contact us using one of the contact methods available on our website.

I would like to request a wash for multiple cars at once
how can I request washes for multiple cars at the same location?
If you want to request a wash for multiple cars at once, it's not a problem. Simply book another appointment for the other vehicle.

How can I know which size category my car belongs to?
You can find the search option under the "Appointment Booking" section on the website. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us using one of our contact methods.

Will my car get scratched?
We work with premium quality nanotechnology products. The nanoparticles surround the dirt, and this is absorbed by the special microfiber cloth, ensuring that the dirt particles don't scratch the car's surface. We use multiple microfiber cloths for each car to protect your car's paint. Additionally, we use different chemicals for various parts of the car, depending on the level of dirt and the type of surface.

Do I need to give the key?
You don't need to give the key if your car can’t be locked without it. It’s enough if you unlock the car, and after the cleaning is done, you can lock it again.

What should I do if I have an issue with the service or I'm not satisfied?

**What should I do if it rains on the day I booked a laundry slot?**

Yes, you receive a discount. Your 5th wash is half price, and we cover the cost of your 10th wash.
